In recent years, I have been thinking a lot about how to improve one's daily routine in the office. Let's be honest, sitting in front of the computer at the office sucks. It's really annoying. You end up with a hunched back, drink too much coffee, and then have to go to the gym just to get those 10,000 steps in. I'm exaggerating, but you get the idea. Nevertheless, it's necessary. The Metaverse is still on the horizon, and hardly anyone is using Augmented Reality at work.

Back then, I created a personal daily planner that helped me organize my day, take breaks, move around, do a little scribbling, and feel accomplished by the end of the day.

I want to share it with you. It's designed to be printed and placed on your desk in front of the computer. Now, you might ask why such an archaic method? Isn't that wasting paper? Aren't we all digital natives? "There is an app for that!" Yes, that might be true for some people.

But paper and pen stimulate different thought patterns. You get the chance to look away from the screen and relax your eyes. While on the phone, you can scribble on the paper; it's a more tactile process than just clicking away. Of course, you could let your Apple Watch vibrate to remind you to stand up, but do you really want to be interrupted like that? A piece of paper doesn't force you to do anything except what you decide. Well, this isn't meant to be a sales pitch. This technique works for me, and that's why I want to share it with you. It's designed in 10 languages so that everyone can read what a real break means.
